Terms of Service

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register
• Khadayata is a portal for members of the Khadayata community. New accounts are reviewed, and some features open only once an admin has approved your membership
• Give accurate details about yourself, including your name, phone number and ekda, and keep them up to date
• One account per person. Do not create an account for someone else or pretend to be someone you are not
• You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account

Khadayata only works if members can trust each other. When you use it, do not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone
• Post content that is false, misleading, obscene, defamatory or unlawful
• Copy, collect or export other members' contact details or profile information, or use them for marketing or any purpose outside the community
• Post spam, chain messages or unrelated commercial promotion outside the areas meant for it
• Try to access accounts, data or parts of the service you are not permitted to use, or interfere with how the service runs

You keep ownership of the profiles, photos, notices, listings, responses and other content you add. You give Khadayata permission to store and display that content inside the portal and app so the community features you choose to use can work.

You must have the right to share anything you post, including photos of other people. Many submissions, such as notices, obituaries and business listings, are reviewed before they appear, and admins may edit, hide or remove content that breaks these terms.

• Matrimony profiles are for adults genuinely seeking a match for themselves or a family member, with their consent
• Khadayata does not verify every detail members give about themselves. Use your own judgement before sharing personal information or meeting anyone
• Notices, job posts, items for sale and business listings are arrangements between members. Khadayata is not a party to them and is not responsible for their outcome
• Report anything that looks wrong to info@khadayata.in so an admin can review it

• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Khadayata does not see or store your card or bank details
• Donations are voluntary and are collected by the trust named on each campaign. Tax receipts under Section 80G are issued only for campaigns marked as 80G eligible
• Donations are not refundable once completed, except where you were charged in error, for example a duplicate payment or a wrong amount. Write to info@khadayata.in within 7 days of the payment and we will look into it
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days

• A booking request is not a confirmed booking. The bhuvan's manager reviews each request and may accept or decline it
• Where a bhuvan takes online payment, you are asked to pay only after the manager has approved your request and confirmed the amount
• Each bhuvan sets its own charges and rules. Cancellations and refunds for a booking are handled by that bhuvan's manager

• Ads can be ordered only by registered, approved members
• An ad goes live after its payment has been confirmed by an admin, and runs for the duration of the tier you chose
• Admins may decline or remove an ad that is misleading, unlawful or unsuitable for the community

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, puts other members at risk, or is found to belong to someone under 18.

• Khadayata is run for the community and provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• To the extent the law allows, Khadayata is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from dealings between members
• We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Khadayata after a change means you accept the updated terms
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat
